Job Overview

Jade Global is seeking a Manufacturing Centre of Excellence (CoE) Leader to drive innovation, solution development, and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our Manufacturing vertical. This individual will collaborate closely with Technology Business Units (BUs) and Alliances teams to establish a strong presence within the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) ecosystem and channel partnerships.

The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the manufacturing domain, an ability to design and develop industry-focused solutions, and strong engagement skills with ISVs and technology partners. This is a highly collaborative role that involves driving sales enablement, thought leadership, and offshore delivery enablement while maintaining a global perspective.

Manufacturing Industry COE is accountable for:

- Consolidating client insights, industry knowledge, and proven solutions
- Defining transparent, industry-specific value propositions and differentiators
- Developing GTM narratives, messaging, playbooks, and enablement assets
- Equipping sales, marketing, and partner teams to execute with confidence, consistency, and focus

The candidate should also be business visa-ready and able to travel to the U.S. on short notice for customer and partner meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

- CoE Leadership & Innovation: Lead the Manufacturing Center of Excellence (CoE), driving solution development, industry best practices, and innovation initiatives.
- GTM Strategy Execution: Collaborate with external partners, Technology BUs and Alliances teams to craft and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies with ISV channel partners.
- Solution Development: Develop industry-specific IT transformation and managed service offerings that align with key manufacturing use cases.
- ISV & Partner Collaboration: Engage with ISV partners, cloud providers,



and technology alliances to drive joint solutions and market penetration.
- Customer Engagement: Support sales teams with pre-sales and solution demonstrations, assisting in key customer engagements to position Jade Global’s capabilities.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Jade Global at industry conferences, webinars, and whitepapers, establishing the company as a trusted partner in the Manufacturing space.
- Sales Enablement: Train and equip sales teams with industry insights, case studies, and solution differentiators to drive growth in the manufacturing vertical.
- Offshore Delivery Excellence: Drive best practices, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives within offshore delivery teams to enhance service quality.
- Global Readiness & Travel: Be business visa-ready to travel to the U.S. on short notice for customer and partner meetings as required.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing IT consulting, digital transformation, or managed services for the US geography.
- Proven experience in leading a CoE, GTM strategy, and ISV channel engagement.
- Deep knowledge of manufacturing industry challenges, regulations, and emerging trends.
- Strong collaboration skills with technology alliances, cloud partners, and ISVs.
- Experience working with mid-to-large manufacturing enterprises.
- Ability to develop and drive industry-specific solutions, offerings, and thought leadership.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer engagement skills.
- Business visa-ready for U.S. travel on short notice.
