We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultant to join a global HRIS transition/AMS project, with primary responsibility for Core HCM and Onboarding.

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years

Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiners - Maximum 30 Days

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead/configure Workday Core HCM & Onboarding.
- Work on Workday AMS/support for live countries.
- Drive solution design, workshops & client discussions.
- Own business process design and optimization.
- Manage defects, releases and feature adoption.
- Collaborate with Integration & Reporting teams.
- Support Workday security, roles & permissions.
- Prepare project/documentation deliverables.
- Mentor junior consultants.

Required Skills :

- 5+ years of Workday HCM experience.
- Strong expertise in Core HCM & Onboarding.
- Solid Workday configuration experience.
- Experience in AMS/support projects.
- Client-facing experience.
- Understanding of HR processes and global/local process gaps.
- Basic Workday reporting / Excel.
- Knowledge of Workday security, roles & permissions.
