You'll design the visual system inside our videos - title cards, lower thirds, data and stat frames, backgrounds, end screens - and the branding around them: thumbnails, channel art, series identities. Our editors animate what you build, so it has to hold up in motion, at speed, on a phone.

What we're looking for
/n
- 2–3 years of design experience, ideally on You Tube-first content
/n
- Robust typography, hierarchy and composition — legible small and at speed
/n
- Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
/n
- Ability to build a repeatable frame system a brand can scale across dozens of videos
/n
- Comfort turning finance and business ideas into simple visuals
/n
- Ability to work inside a client's brand guidelines as fluently as outside them
/n
Good to have: After Effects, thumbnail testing and CTR, identity systems built from scratch.
/n
Shortlisted candidates get a short assignment.
