Job Role: 3D Printing Technician (Additive Manufacturing)

Location: Coimbatore, TN

Experience: 1-5 Years

We are looking for a skilled 3D Printing Machine Technician who is able to handle multiple 3D Printers at time with practical experience in Additive Manufacturing, Digital Fabrication, and Rapid Prototyping .

Required Skills

/n

/n

- 1+ years of experience in Additive Manufacturing or 3D Printing.

/n

- Hands-on experience with FDM, SLA, DLP, MSLA, and Resin Printing Technologies .

/n

- Solid knowledge of STL File Preparation, Slicing, Print Orientation, Supports, and Print Optimization .

/n

- Experience using slicer software such as Cura, Prusa Slicer, Bambu Studio, Chitubox, Lychee, or Pre Form .

/n





- Understanding of different printing materials including PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Engineering Resins, and Nylon .

/n

- Experience in machine troubleshooting, calibration, preventive maintenance, and print quality improvement.

/n

- Familiarity with workshop tools, measuring instruments, and fabrication techniques.

/n

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

/n

- Worked with Industrial 3D Printers, Laser Cutting, and Digital Fabrication.

/n

- Experience in Medical Devices, Manufacturing, or Product Development.

/n
