We're Hiring | Advocates (Lower Courts & Calcutta High Court)/n

Kshetry & Co. is expanding its litigation team and is inviting applications from dedicated Advocates with a passion for litigation. /n

Experience: 5+ years (Minimum 5 years of independent court practice)/n
Eligibility: Must be enrolled with the Bar Council. /n

Courts: Calcutta High Court, Bankshall Court, Sealdah Court, Alipore Court, Barasat Court, Barrackpore Court, other nearby district/lower courts /n

Experience Required In: Writ Petitions, CRR, CRM, CO, PIL, Police inaction matters, lower coirt petitions drafting, Other Civil and Criminal matters before the Hon’ble Calcutta High Court and other Courts & Tribunals. /n

Responsibilities: /n

- Court appearances and matter handling

/n

- Moving matters and advancing proceedings

/n

- Civil and Criminal litigation

/n

- Drafting petitions, applications, affidavits, and legal notices

/n

- Case preparation and client coordination

/n

- Conducting arguments before the courts

/n





- Drafting and vetting petitions

/n

- Matter moving and court appearances

/n

- Legal research and case strategy

/n

- Briefing senior counsel where required

/n

- Conducting hearings and arguments /n

/n

(Remuneration will be commensurate with experience, knowledge, and court performance.)/n

Essential Skills /n

/n

/n

- Solid knowledge of court procedures and litigation practice

/n

- Excellent drafting and legal research skills

/n

- Ability to independently prepare and conduct cases

/n

- Professional communication and commitment to deadlines

/n

- Experience in handling matters from filing to final disposal /n

/n
