Key Responsibilities:

Videography & Content Creation

/n

 Plan and execute high-quality video shoots for social media campaigns and brand initiatives.

/n

 Capture engaging Reels, short-form videos, interviews, events, testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and promotional videos.

/n

 Independently manage camera setup, lighting, framing, composition, and audio during shoots.

/n

 Identify interesting moments and creatively capture content suitable for social media.

/n

 Work closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams to understand content briefs and campaign objectives.

/n

 Travel for shoots, events, centre visits, and other brand-related activities whenever required.

/n

Video Editing & Post-Production

/n

 Edit engaging and high-quality videos optimized for different social media platforms.

/n

 Create short-form content with robust hooks, smooth transitions, subtitles, graphics, music, and engaging storytelling.

/n





 Adapt videos into different formats, including Instagram Reels, Stories, You Tube Shorts, Linked In videos, and long-form content.

/n

 Add text overlays, motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and other creative elements where required.

/n

 Ensure all videos are aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity.

/n

 Manage raw footage, project files, and final exports in an organized manner.

/n

Preferred Qualifications

/n

 Experience working with brands, agencies, healthcare, lifestyle, corporate, or digital media content.

/n

 Knowledge of photography will be an added advantage.

/n

 Experience in creating content for both corporate and consumer-facing audiences.

/n

 Ability to bring fresh ideas and contribute creatively beyond execution
