About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing the company's Instagram and LinkedIn handles.
2. Monitor engagement and identify content opportunities.
3. Coordinate with HR and management to capture relevant company activities and employee moments.
4. Ensure all content is reviewed and published professionally.
5. Manage and coordinate the end-to-end employee onboarding process.
6. Coordinate with new joiners and ensure all onboarding formalities and documentation are completed.
7. Conduct/coordinate onboarding activities, inductions, and joining formalities.
8. Maintain employee records, onboarding trackers, and HR-related documentation.
9. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth joining experience.
10. Support HR in employee engagement activities, events, and internal communication.
11. Assist with day-to-day HR operational activities as required.
