About the job

The Customer Care Associate is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for delivering responsive and solution-oriented support to homeowners and tenants. Day-to-day activities include handling incoming calls, emails, and chat queries, resolving service requests, and providing clear information on Nestaway's processes, policies, and property offerings. The role involves tracking and documenting customer interactions in CRM tools, coordinating with internal teams (operations, property management, and technical support) to ensure timely resolution of issues, and following up proactively to close open tickets. The associate will monitor customer feedback, identify recurring concerns, and share insights to improve processes, service quality, and overall customer satisfaction. This position requires adherence to service standards, maintaining professionalism in all interactions, and contributing to a positive, customer-centric culture.
