Responsibilities of the Intern:

- Participate in onboarding sessions and complete foundational training modules.
- Collaborate with mentors and senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives.
- Select a sector and develop a Capstone project aligned with the 7-Gate deliverable framework.
- Conduct research, analyze data, and produce structured outputs using internal templates.
- Attend regular check-ins for feedback and alignment.
- Contribute to special projects such as operations audits or benchmarking.
- Present final insights and submit a complete project portfolio during the internship close-out.
