Key Responsibilities

1. Documentation and Compliance :

3. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and company policies.
4. Handle government paperwork and customs clearance processes.
5. Logistics Coordination :
6. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transportation companies for the timely shipment and delivery of goods.
7. Monitor shipment schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
8. Manage inventory levels and track shipments to ensure smooth operations.
9. Communication :
10. Liaise with international clients, suppliers, and vendors to ensure clear communication and resolve issues.
11. Negotiate shipping rates and service agreements with logistics providers.
12. Customs and Tariffs Management :
13. Calculate tariffs, taxes, and duties for imports and exports.
14. Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and tariff policies.
