Two-Wheeler Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support.
- Follow up with customers for service, sales, and feedback.
- Make service reminder and follow-up calls.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Support customer retention and satisfaction activities.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service/automobile industry preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and presentable.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and meet targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
