Job Designation: Business Manager
Experience: 7-10 years
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients. Cultivate long-term partnerships to foster repeat business.
· Key Account Management: Oversee key client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
· Revenue Growth & Forecasting: Drive revenue targets through pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and regular tracking of conversions and closures.
· Cross functional Collaboration: Work closely with clients or consultants, recruitment team, and cross-functional commercial actions.
Skills you would possess:
· Excellent, explicit and Persuasive Communication skills.
· Strategic thinking with collaborative approach.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
