Qualification: · Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.

Exp : 3 - 5 years

Salary : 25000 - 35000 per month

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and expand the retail distribution network within the assigned territory.

· Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners to strengthen market coverage.

· Generate new business by onboarding retail outlets, supermarkets, pharmacies, modern trade stores, and other potential sales channels.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers to ensure sustainable business growth.

· Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by the management.

· Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, merchandising standards, and competitor activities.

· Implement trade promotions, product launches, and marketing initiatives to increase product visibility and sales.

· Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy distributor and retailer accounts.

· Prepare daily visit reports, sales reports, market intelligence reports, and territory performance updates.

· Identify market opportunities, customer requirements,



and emerging trends to support business expansion.

· Coordinate closely with the Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure timely product availability and order fulfillment.

· Represent the company professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships and delivering excellent service.

Required Skills

· Strong experience in distributor appointment, dealer management, and retail market development.

· Excellent negotiation, selling, and relationship management skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Valuable understanding of retail trade, market mapping, and competitor analysis.

· Ability to plan and execute territory development strategies independently.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

· Valid two-wheeler driving licence and willingness to travel are preferred.

Language Requirements

· Fluency in the local regional language based on the assigned territory:

o Malayalam – South Kerala

o Kannada – Bangalore

o Tamil – Salem

· Working knowledge of English or Hindi will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
