Job Summary:

The Accounts Manager is responsible for managing the overall accounting operations of the organization, ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, budgeting, and effective financial control systems. ph: 89#25#89#10#38

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable.
- Handle bank reconciliation and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.
- Prepare and file GST returns and other statutory returns.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.
- Prepare budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor company expenses and control costs.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Supervise and guide accounts staff.
- Handle payroll processing and salary disbursement.




- Prepare MIS reports for management review.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
- CA Inter preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
