Job Description – Group Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Group Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across multiple auto mobile dealership locations. The role will be responsible for driving brand visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, digital marketing, retail campaigns, and overall marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement group-level marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for vehicle sales, service, used cars, accessories, and other dealership verticals.
- Drive digital marketing activities through Google, Meta, YouTube, social media, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
- Develop effective lead-generation strategies and monitor lead quality, conversion, and ROI.
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, roadshows, exhibitions, customer events, corporate tie-ups, and local market activations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, CRM, and management teams to achieve business targets.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, customer behaviour, and local market opportunities.




- Manage dealership social media platforms and ensure consistent brand communication.
- Develop customer engagement and retention campaigns.
- Coordinate with OEM/Toyota marketing teams and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Manage external agencies, creative partners, media agencies, and marketing vendors.
- Prepare and monitor annual/monthly marketing budgets and ensure effective utilisation.
- Track key marketing KPIs including leads, CPL, showroom footfall, test drives, bookings, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare regular marketing MIS and performance reports for senior management.
- Lead, guide, and develop the marketing team across dealership locations.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and implement cutting-edge initiatives to improve business growth and brand presence.
- Ensure timely execution of all marketing activities and campaigns across the group.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
