Role: Accounts Executive

Duration: Full-time
Location: Cantonment, Trichy

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of accounting transactions.
- Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
- Assist with GST, TDS, PF and other statutory compliance activities.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.
- Support payroll-related accounting activities when required.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts and financial records.
- Assist auditors by providing required documents and information.
- Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.

Required Skills

- 2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
- Good knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.




- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Candidates with relevant accounting experience will be preferred.
