Job Title: Team Lead (RCM)

Shift: Afternoon Shift, 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM, Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day team activities
- Perform quality checks on team output before client submission
- Monitor and manage workflow/daily targets to meet SLAs
- Track and maintain metrics including attendance and productivity
- Develop processes to improve team productivity and quality
- Mentor and train analysts, senior analysts, and new trainees
- Participate in recent pilot projects and lead knowledge transition
- Work with managers to resolve team conflicts or personnel issues
- Perform follow-up work as needed

Requirements

- Graduation from any stream
- 5+ years' experience in US Healthcare
- 4–5 years of experience in Medical Billing / Rejection Management
- Willingness to work in shifts as per US time zones
- Skilled in MS Word and Excel
- Team handling experience; strong at automation
