About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and assist with financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Maintain cash and bank books.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Prepare basic financial reports and statements.
- Track outstanding payments and receivables.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding financial transactions.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Assist auditors and senior management with required financial information.




- Ensure accounting records are accurate and updated on time.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 6 month to 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
- Working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be an advantage.
- Valuable attention to detail and numerical ability.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
