* Benne dosa and various dosa preparations

* South Indian rice varieties

* South Indian curries

* South Indian desserts

* Kitchen management and recipe consistency

Commis II Chef

* Requirement: Should have practical experience in preparing different types of dosas

* Openings: 1

Kitchen Helpers

* Openings: 2

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
