- Qualification : CIPET or Experience in injection Moulding process
- Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes.
- Analyze production processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor process performance and take corrective actions to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and update process flow diagrams, SOPs, work instructions, and process sheets.
- Conduct process validation and capability studies.
- Support current product introduction (NPI) and process development activities.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma tools.
- Reduce process cycle time, scrap, rework, and manufacturing costs.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Design departments.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and customer specifications.
- Participate in APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, and IATF 16949 activities.
- Support troubleshooting of production and process-related issues.
- Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Should be able to handle injection Moulding process.
