- Handle customer enquiries and incoming calls.
- Generate, manage, and follow up on leads until conversion.
- Communicate product details, pricing, availability, and delivery terms.
- Convert leads into confirmed brick bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customers, bookings, and orders.
- Coordinate brick loading, vehicle scheduling, and delivery loading/unloading.
- Track vehicle movement and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Follow up with customers regarding bookings, payments, and deliveries.
- Maintain sales, booking, delivery, and other related documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales, lead, booking, and delivery reports.
- Coordinate with drivers, loading teams, suppliers, and customers for smooth operations.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support marketing activities and identify current business opportunities.
- Maintain customer relationships and generate repeat business/referrals.
- Ensure proper office maintenance, filing, and basic administrative activities.
- Perform other sales, coordination, and administrative duties assigned by Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
