Job Summary

As an HR Intern, you will play a key role in establishing our new team for existing business and new lines of business in Bangalore. This high-impact opportunity allows you to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement while applying your academic knowledge in a real-world setting. You’ll work closely with the founders to build processes, attract talent, and shape the company culture from the ground up.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview arrangements.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records in HR databases.
- Support onboarding activities for new employees and interns.
- Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Assist in maintaining HR documentation and reports.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations and daily tasks.





Qualifications

- Currently pursuing an MBA in HR (1st or 2nd year) from a recognized university.
- Robust interest in recruitment, talent management, and HR analytics.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (including functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables) and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
- Skills in Employee Relations Management and Human Resource Management.

Preferred Skills

- Strong time management skills.
- Experience or coursework related to HR analytics.
