We are looking for a highly motivated, night-shift Inside Sales Executive (RCM) to join our growing team in India. Your primary responsibility is to call pre-identified US healthcare leads, qualify their business needs, and schedule appointment calls for our US-based Sales Managers.

Key Details

- Target Market: US Healthcare (Medical Practices, Clinics, and Hospitals)
- Shift Timings: Night Shift (Aligning with US business hours)
- Core Focus: Outbound calling, lead qualification, and appointment setting

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling: Make regular outbound calls to a provided list of US healthcare prospects (Practice Managers, Doctors, and CFOs).
- Lead Qualification: Ask targeted questions to understand the prospect's current medical billing challenges and verify if they match our ideal client profile.
- Appointment Setting: Pitch the value of our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions and successfully schedule meetings between qualified leads and our US Sales Manager.
- CRM Management: Document all call outcomes, notes,



and scheduled appointments accurately in our CRM.
- Daily Targets: Meet daily KPI targets for call volume, connected calls, and qualified appointments booked.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Communication: Flawless verbal English with a neutral or US-accessible accent, and strong active listening skills.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in international outbound calling, cold calling, or inside sales (experience in US Healthcare or RCM is highly preferred).
- Work Schedule: Absolute willingness to work permanent US night shifts.
- Persistence: High energy, resilience against rejection, and the ability to handle objections smoothly on the phone.
- Tech Comfort: Basic experience using CRM software and VoIP calling tools.
