We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our team. The Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and innovative designs that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to translate concepts into high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative concepts and design solutions for various projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, digital assets, and product packaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs meet objectives and deadlines.
- Produce sketches, wireframes, and mock-ups to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Use industry-standard software tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and refine designs.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and stay ahead of the curve.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all design assets.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions.




- Assist in the creation of design guidelines and templates to streamline processes and maintain brand integrity.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative input to drive innovation and excellence in design.
- Ensure all designs adhere to legal and regulatory requirements, including copyright and trademark laws.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Designer, with a solid portfolio showcasing a range of design work.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
