We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Placement Head who will be responsible for achieving placement targets across multiple states. The candidate will build relationships with employers, identify suitable job opportunities, coordinate with state-wise teams, and ensure trained candidates are successfully placed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and drive placement activities across multiple states.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with companies, recruiters, HR teams and placement agencies.
- Identify and generate state-wise and industry-wise job opportunities for candidates.
- Coordinate with state/city-level placement teams and training centres.
- Conduct regular placement drives, interviews, job fairs and recruitment campaigns.
- Match candidates with suitable job roles based on their skills, qualifications and location preferences.
- Ensure candidates are properly prepared for interviews and recruitment processes.
- Track candidate placement status from registration → interview → selection → joining.
- Maintain accurate placement MIS and prepare regular management reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and project-wise placement targets.




- Coordinate with employers for interview schedules, offer letters, joining and onboarding.
- Follow up with placed candidates and employers to verify successful joining and retention.
- Resolve placement-related issues and ensure smooth coordination between candidates, employers and project teams.
- Explore new sectors, companies and employment opportunities to increase placement outcomes.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance as required by the project/client.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
