Adsparrow Media is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Handle lead generation, e-commerce, sales, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.
- Manage WooCommerce/e-commerce advertising campaigns and track sales performance.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research, competitor research, and campaign planning.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, and Conversion Rate.
- Manage campaign budgets and scale winning campaigns profitably.
- Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and campaigns.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for improving campaign results.
- Stay updated with the latest changes, features, and best practices across advertising platforms.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.




- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads & Google Ads.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads and WooCommerce/e-commerce marketing is preferred.
- Good understanding of tracking, analytics, funnels, and conversion optimization.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and take ownership of results.
- Only candidates with practical campaign management experience should apply.
