Job Description: Billing Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and process invoices accurately using Marg software.
- Maintain records of sales transactions and purchase entries.
- Ensure timely billing and reconciliation of accounts.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment follow-ups.
- Verify and update customer and vendor details in the system.
- Handle billing queries and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in stock and inventory management related to billing.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in billing, accounting, or data entry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Marg ERP software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of GST and invoicing compliance.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
