A Financial Advisor at ICICI (primarily within ICICI Prudential Life Insurance or ICICI Securities) is responsible for assessing client financial needs, generating leads, and recommending suitable investment, wealth protection, and insurance solutions. ​Role Overview ​Department: Retail Sales / Agency / Wealth Management ​Employment Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Commission-based Agency Partner ​Reporting To: Unit Manager / Agency Development Manager / Branch Manager ​Key Responsibilities ​Client Advisory & Need Analysis: Evaluate individual financial situations, risk appetite, and long-term financial goals (e.g., retirement, child education, wealth creation, life cover). ​Product Recommendations: Present tailored life insurance plans (Term, ULIPs, Endowment, Pension plans) or wealth products aligned with regulatory norms and client needs. ​Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build a steady pipeline of prospects through personal networks, cold outreach, corporate visits, referrals,



and local promotional drives. ​Application & Onboarding Support: Assist clients end-to-end through the proposal stage, digital KYC verification, documentation, medical underwriting formalities, and premium collection. ​Relationship Management & Renewals: Maintain ongoing communication with policyholders to ensure timely policy renewals (persistency), handle customer queries, and provide claims support. ​Compliance: Adhere strictly to IRDAI guidelines, code of conduct, and ICICI internal risk policies. ​Eligibility & Skills
