Ltd. is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads) to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and campaign performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta advertising campaigns, along with a working knowledge of Google Ads.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
- Manage lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns across Meta platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, CPM, and ROAS.
- Create and manage custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign structures.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search & Display) campaigns as a secondary responsibility.
- Implement and monitor Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to improve campaign effectiveness.





Required qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Working knowledge of Google Ads.
- Experience in lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Strong analytical and campaign optimization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and advertising budgets effectively.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in a digital marketing agency.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
