Job Summary:
Assist the Store Manager in managing daily hypermarket operations, supervising staff, ensuring product availability, maintaining customer satisfaction, and achieving sales and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily store operations and staff activities.
- Ensure proper product display, availability, stock handling, and store standards.
- Monitor sales, customer service, and team performance.
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchase, Accounts, HR, and other departments.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving business and operational objectives
