Key Responsibilities

- Sample Handling: Collect blood samples (phlebotomy), check patient details on labels, and prepare samples for testing.
- Biochemistry Testing: Run tests on blood chemistry, such as sugar levels, liver function, and kidney profiles using automated analyzers.
- Hematology Testing: Perform Complete Blood Counts (CBC), prepare blood smears, and check blood cells under a microscope.
- Quality Control: Run calibration checks on lab machines and follow safety rules to prevent contamination.
- Record Keeping: Enter test data into the laboratory computer system and file daily logs.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT) or a Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc.) in Medical Lab Technology or Biochemistry.
- Experience:



"4 to 8+ years" of experience working in a hospital or clinical diagnostic laboratory.

Key Skills

- Technical Know-How: Ability to handle biochemistry and hematology .
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy to avoid mixing up patient data or test results.
- Communication: Valuable people skills to guide patients during sample collection and talk with medical staff
