- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Accessories Department.
- Lead and supervise Accessories Executives and Fitment Technicians.
- Set and monitor monthly accessories sales and revenue targets.
- Promote genuine Tata Motors accessories and suitable accessory packages.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to maximize accessories sales during vehicle booking and delivery.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate accessories.
- Prepare and monitor quotations, orders, billing, and delivery of accessories.
- Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Monitor stock movement, inventory records, and avoid excess or obsolete stock.
- Coordinate accessories fitment and ensure proper installation as per quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks before the vehicle is delivered to the customer.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, PDI, Stores, and Delivery departments.




- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor individual team performance and provide guidance to improve sales.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with dealership processes.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly accessories sales performance.
- Prepare and submit sales, stock, and performance reports to management.
- Ensure cleanliness, proper display, and visibility of accessories in the showroom.
- Implement accessories promotions, packages, and campaigns.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support repeat business and referrals.
- Maintain compliance with Tata Motors and dealership policies and standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
