Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous Vehicle Inspection Executive with 2–3 years of experience in conducting on-ground vehicle inspections to assess the mechanical, structural, and documentation condition of two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed in office physical inspection of two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and commercial vehicles.
- Check engine performance, mechanical components, suspension, brakes, tyres, and electrical systems.
- Inspect exterior body condition, chassis, and interiors for wear, damage, or repairs.
- Verify vehicle documents such as RC, insurance, PUC, and service history during inspection.
- Identify signs of accident repair, flood damage, tampering, or odometer manipulation.
- Capture clear photographs and videos of the vehicle as part of the inspection record.
- Fill out standardized inspection checklists and condition reports accurately using mobile apps or forms.




- Assign condition ratings and grades to vehicles based on defined inspection parameters.
- Coordinate with valuators, dealers, and customers to schedule and complete inspections on time.
- Travel to different locations, including customer premises and dealership yards, to conduct inspections.
- Escalate major mechanical or structural issues identified during inspection to the relevant team.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all inspections performed.
- Ensure adherence to inspection quality standards and turnaround time (TAT) commitments.

Qualifications

- Diploma or ITI in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Good to Have

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in vehicle inspection, servicing, or automobile mechanics.
- Experience inspecting multiple vehicle categories — two-wheelers, four-wheelers, and commercial vehicles.
- Strong practical knowledge of automobile parts, engines, and common defects.
- Familiarity with mobile-based inspection tools and digital reporting apps.
- Valid driving license for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Must own a personal laptop/smartphone and vehicle for fieldwork (valid driving license and documents required).
- Ability to travel extensively within the city for daily inspections.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
