Job description:

Job Title: Executive – Sales (B2C Inside Sales)Location: BangaloreSalary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month

We are looking for energetic, target-driven, and passionate B2C Inside Sales Executives with strong communication and sales skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound calling, cold calling, lead follow-ups, customer engagement, and end-to-end sales closure.

The candidate will be provided with a database/leads and will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining the product/service, following up regularly, and converting leads into successful sales.

Candidates with experience in B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, Telecalling, EdTech, Holiday/Travel Sales, Real Estate, Insurance, or similar sales backgrounds can apply,



provided they have strong calling and lead-closing experience.

Key Requirements:

Kannada speaking is mandatory.

Strong experience in cold calling, follow-ups, and lead conversion.

Ability to handle the complete sales cycle from initial calling to closure.

Target-oriented with valuable convincing and negotiation skills.

Good communication and customer-handling abilities.

Candidates willing to work in Bangalore are preferred.

Note: Candidates currently based outside other place but willing to relocate or travel to Bangalore for this opportunity are also welcome to apply.
