KP Travels is expanding its team and looking for a responsible and customer-focused Night Duty Travel Operations Executive to manage incoming calls, cab bookings, customer coordination, and driver assignments.

Job Title: Night Duty Travel Operations Executive
Location: 89/300 Laxmi Nagar, Near Parvati Police Station, Pune 411009, Maharashtra
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Shift: Night Duty

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming customer calls and booking enquiries during the night shift.
- Receive, process, and confirm cab booking requests.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pickup locations, timings, and trip details.
- Assign drivers to confirmed bookings based on availability and location.
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and smooth trip operations.
- Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and last-minute customer requests.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and provide timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, drivers, and completed trips.




- Monitor ongoing bookings and coordinate with customers and drivers when required.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day night operations of cab bookings.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Marathi communication skills will be an advantage.
- Good customer service and coordination skills.
- Comfortable handling multiple calls and bookings.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Ability to work independently during night hours.
- Responsible, punctual, and problem-solving attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
