Job Title: PEB Design Engineer / Draughtsman

Singla Engineering is looking for an experienced PEB Design Engineer / Draughtsman with strong knowledge of Pre-Engineered Building design, detailing and fabrication drawings. The candidate should be capable of independently preparing accurate designs and drawings according to project requirements and applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare PEB structural designs, general arrangement drawings and fabrication drawings.
- Develop detailed drawings for columns, rafters, trusses, bracing, purlins, girts and other structural components.
- Prepare erection drawings, connection details and shop drawings.
- Generate bills of materials, cutting lists and material take-offs.
- Perform structural analysis and design according to applicable IS codes and project specifications.
- Coordinate with production, fabrication, erection and project teams.
- Review architectural and client drawings and identify technical requirements.
- Revise drawings based on client feedback and site conditions.
- Ensure accuracy,



proper documentation and timely completion of assigned projects.
- Optimise designs to achieve structural safety and economical material utilisation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum three years of relevant experience specifically in the PEB industry is mandatory.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant PEB design/detailing software.
- Solid understanding of structural steel fabrication and erection practices.
- Familiarity with IS codes, load calculations and connection detailing.
- Ability to prepare accurate BOMs and fabrication-ready drawings.
- Good problem-solving, coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience, technical knowledge and current compensation.
