JOB REQUIREMENT – MEDICAL & LABORATORY EQUIPMENT / REAGENT STORE KEEPER

Position: Medical Equipment, Laboratory Equipment & Reagent Store Keeper
Location: Angola, Africa
Salary: ₹50,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced Medical & Laboratory Equipment / Reagent Store Keepers to manage the receiving, storage, inventory control and dispatch of medical equipment, laboratory equipment, reagents and consumables. The ideal candidate should have relevant MLT qualifications and practical experience in medical or laboratory stores/warehousing.

Qualification

- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT); or
- B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT).

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position.
- Experience in handling medical equipment, laboratory equipment, laboratory reagents and consumables is preferred.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical or laboratory product warehousing will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the receiving, storage and dispatch of medical and laboratory equipment.
- Maintain proper stock records for laboratory reagents, consumables and equipment.




- Monitor batch numbers, expiry dates and stock quantities.
- Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) procedures for reagents and consumables.
- Ensure proper storage conditions for reagents and sensitive laboratory products.
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and inventory reconciliation.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety.
- Check incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Prepare products and equipment for customer dispatch.
- Report damaged, expired, missing or excess stock to management.
- Maintain proper documentation and inventory records.
- Coordinate with sales, purchasing, accounts and logistics teams.
- Assist with stock audits and periodic inventory verification.
