Telecaller & Data Entry Executive – Real Estate Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Telecaller & Data Entry Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, generating and following up on leads, maintaining customer information, and updating property-related data. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective buyers, tenants, and property investors. - Explain property/project details and understand customer requirements. - Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp. - Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team. - Maintain accurate customer and lead records in Excel/CRM. - Enter and update property inventory, client details, and lead information. - Regularly update call status, follow-ups, and customer requirements. - Coordinate with sales executives for lead conversion and site visits. - Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports. - Ensure all data is accurate, updated, and properly organized.



Requirements - 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, real estate, sales support, or data entry. - Freshers with good communication skills can also apply. - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp. - Good telephone etiquette and convincing skills. - Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with customers. - Robust data-entry and organizational skills. - Candidates with prior real estate experience will be preferred.
