About the role :

We are looking for an HR Faculty to train and mentor students in Human Resource Management. The role involves delivering engaging HR training, preparing learning materials, conducting assessments, and providing practical knowledge on recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and other HR functions.

Responsibilities :

* conduct engaging HR training sessions.

*prepare training materials and presentations.

*Teach recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR operations.

*conduct assessment and evaluate student performance

*mentor and guide student in developing practical HR skills.

Requirement :

* Bachelor's /Master's degree in HR management or a related field.

* Robust Knowledge of HR concepts and practices.

* Good communication and presentations skills.

* previous HR /training experience preferred.

* strong interpersonal and mentoring skills
