We need a skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance team with experience of 12 -15 years.

You will oversee daily accounting tasks, review financial data for accuracy, and help prepare monthly and yearly reports. You will also guide staff accountants and ensure our company follows all financial rules. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities

- Manage Ledgers: Maintain the general ledger and reconcile balance sheet accounts every month.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate profit and loss statements and financial reports.
- Lead the Team: Assign tasks, review work, and train junior accounting staff.
- Support Audits: Gather documents and work with external auditors during tax and financial reviews.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience.

- Software: Experience with accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP.
