About the Job

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Chinese / Indo-Chinese Chef to join our new cloud kitchen in Wagholi, Pune.

The chef will be responsible for preparing high-quality Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes while maintaining consistent taste, hygiene, food quality and portion sizes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Chinese and Indo-Chinese dishes according to our menu and recipes.
- Prepare fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, chilli chicken, chilli paneer, starters, sauces and other Chinese dishes.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality and presentation.
- Handle wok cooking and high-flame cooking properly.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Manage daily preparation of vegetables, sauces, marinades and other ingredients.
- Maintain proper portion control and minimize food wastage.
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Coordinate with the kitchen helper.
- Maintain cleanliness of cooking equipment and work area.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen operations during busy order periods.
- Help maintain stock requirements and inform management about low-stock items.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of Chinese / Indo-Chinese cuisine.
- Wok cooking experience.
- Knowledge of fried rice, noodles, Manchurian, chilli chicken, chilli paneer, etc.
- Ability to maintain consistent taste.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
- Ability to work during busy hours.
- Responsible and punctual.
- Ability to work independently.

Experience Preferred

Candidates with experience in:

- Chinese restaurants
- Indo-Chinese restaurants
- Cloud kitchens
- Fast-food restaurants
- Takeaway kitchens

will be preferred.

Working Hours

Approx. 12 hours per day
Monthly 2 day off, as per kitchen schedule.

Salary

₹20000 – ₹25,000/month

- Previous restaurant/cloud-kitchen experience
