About the Role

Vegaworks Technologies is looking for a hands-on Social Media & Growth Marketing Manager to manage content, social channels, audience growth, marketing analytics and marketing-generated business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage social media strategy, content pillars and editorial calendars.
- Create and coordinate LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platform-specific content.
- Turn founder expertise, workshops, customer questions and research into engaging content.
- Write social copy, create content briefs and repurpose content across platforms.
- Coordinate designers, video editors and external creative partners.
- Manage publishing, comments, DMs, community engagement and audience feedback.
- Generate and track enquiries, registrations, subscriptions and qualified leads.
- Work with Business Development on lead qualification and handover.
- Track reach, engagement, traffic, leads, conversions and campaign performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports and use data to improve content and campaigns.
- Monitor competitors, market trends,



customer pain points and content opportunities.
- Use AI tools for research, ideation, content creation, analysis and workflow improvement while verifying accuracy.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, content or growth marketing.
- Solid content writing and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn + at least two other social platforms.
- Experience with content calendars, publishing tools, community management and reporting.
- Understanding of lead generation, CRM, analytics and marketing funnels.
- Ability to coordinate with designers, video editors and cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable using modern AI tools for marketing.
