Hiring: Social Media Manager

2–4 Years Experience

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Social Media Manager to manage multiple client accounts end-to-end.

Role includes:

- Tracking content calendars daily and ensuring posts go live on time
- Scheduling content across platforms (Reels, Carousels, Stories etc.)
- Validating creatives before publishing (brand colours, fonts, captions, no watermarks)
- Hashtag research and optimisation for each post
- Identifying trends and moment marketing opportunities
- Boosting posts through Meta Ads Manager and monitoring performance
- Weekly performance reporting with insights (not just numbers)
- Coordinating influencer collaborations from briefing to publishing
- Engaging with comments and amplifying posts once live

What we expect:

- 2–4 years of hands-on social media management experience
- Solid eye for creative quality and brand consistency
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously in an agency environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
