Founding Team | Entrepreneurship Innovation Future Skills

Founder School is building a new-generation K–12 learning environment where students aged 10–17 learn through real-world projects, innovation, entrepreneurship and venture creation.

We are seeking an exceptional entrepreneur, innovator, builder or technology leader to join our founding team and shape this ecosystem from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the Innovation & Venture Studio and student entrepreneurship programmes.
- Establish and oversee Maker, Fabrication and AI/Computing Labs.
- Mentor students in ideation, prototyping, product development and execution.
- Develop innovation and entrepreneurship pathways in collaboration with academic leadership.
- Build a network of industry practitioners, mentors and entrepreneurs.
- Represent the school's innovation ecosystem to founders, investors and the wider entrepreneurial community.

Ideal Profile

We are looking for someone who has built something real—a startup, product, innovation lab, technology initiative or entrepreneurial venture.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:





- Solid hands-on experience in innovation, technology, product development or entrepreneurship.
- Working knowledge of AI tools, prototyping, fabrication/maker technologies and basic coding.
- A genuine ability to mentor and inspire young innovators.
- Comfort with experimentation, ambiguity, iteration and learning from failure.
- A demonstrated interest in education and youth development.

Startup founders, early-stage builders, innovation professionals and technology leaders transitioning into education are especially encouraged to apply.

Joining: Immediate to 60 days
