We are looking for a Growth & Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand expansion across digital and offline channels. The role involves developing and executing growth strategies, planning marketing campaigns, managing product launches, improving customer retention, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

* Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

* Manage performance marketing, social media, SEO, email/WhatsApp marketing, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, and CRM initiatives.

* Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing activities.

* Work closely with design, content, sales, operations, customer care, and e-commerce teams.

* Monitor campaign performance, marketing ROI,



and key growth metrics.

* Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and external vendors.

* Identify new growth opportunities and marketing initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile

* 3-5 years of experience in Growth, Digital Marketing, or Brand Marketing.

* Experience working with D2C consumer brands (wellness/FMCG/beauty/nutraceuticals preferred).

* Hands-on understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Shopify, CRM, SEO, and marketing analytics.

* Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* Data-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹420,000.00 per year
