Position Overview

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented marketing professionals for our interior design company. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, promoting interior services, and converting projects for residential and commercial interiors.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new leads for interior design projects.
- Meet clients and explain company services and designs.
- Coordinate with designers and project team for client requirements.
- Handle site visits and customer follow-ups.
- Promote company through social media, references, and field marketing.
- Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and vendors.
- Achieve monthly sales and project targets.
- Maintain client database and daily reports.
- Negotiate and close interior projects.

Skills Required

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.




- Basic knowledge of interiors, furniture, and home design.
- Marketing and sales experience preferred.
- Ability to handle clients professionally.
- Knowledge of social media marketing is an advantage.
- Must be self-motivated and target-oriented.

Qualification

- Any Degree / MBA Marketing preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary & IncentivesFor Marketing Executive

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month
- Incentive: 5% to 20% commission on every confirmed project
- Travel allowance based on field work performance

For Marketing Manager

- Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹60,000 per month
- Higher incentives based on team performance and project closures

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
