Job Summary:

The Accountant – Doctor Payout is responsible for managing and processing payments to consultants, visiting doctors, and full time medical professionals. This role ensures accurate calculation of doctor fees based on agreed terms, maintains financial records, and ensures compliance with hospital policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Calculate and process doctor payouts (OP/IP revenue share, procedures, consultation fees, incentives, etc.)
- Verify billing data, procedure details, and revenue generated by doctors
- Maintain doctor-wise agreements, contracts, and payout structures
- Reconcile doctor revenue with hospital billing systems
- Prepare and process monthly/weekly payout statements
- Ensure TDS deductions, GST (if applicable), and statutory compliance
- Coordinate with medical, billing, and operations teams for accurate data
- Handle doctor queries related to payments and discrepancies
- Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records
- Support internal and external audits related to doctor payments




- Generate MIS reports on doctor payouts and revenue analysis

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles
- Experience in hospital billing and revenue cycle management
- Good understanding of TDS, GST, and compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) / Finance / Accounting
- 2–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare finance (preferred)
