Job Description: Assistant Engineer / Junior Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Engineer / Junior Engineer to support our engineering and project teams. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day technical operations, site work, and documentation under the guidance of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers in planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities
- Support in preparing technical drawings, reports, and documentation
- Conduct routine site inspections and record progress/observations
- Assist in quality checks and ensure adherence to safety standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site staff for smooth execution of work
- Maintain accurate records of materials, work progress, and inventory
- Support in preparing estimates, BOQs, and project schedules
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues under supervision
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations




- Assist in testing, measurements, and data collection as required

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Engineering (relevant discipline)
- 1–3 years of experience (freshers with strong technical knowledge may apply)
- Basic knowledge of engineering tools/software (AutoCAD, MS Office, or relevant discipline-specific tools)
- Valuable understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work on-site/field as required
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to learn quickly and work under supervision

Preferred Skills

- Internship or hands-on project experience in [relevant engineering field]
- Familiarity with industry-relevant software/tools
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards

Compensation & Benefits
