Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Manager to lead and scale Tooshmoda’s performance across top fashion and lifestyle platforms such as Tata CLiQ Luxury, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, Myntra, Amazon, and other relevant marketplaces.

This role is ideal for someone who understands fashion e-commerce at scale—from merchandising and pricing to category growth and platform relationships—and can drive sustainable revenue growth while preserving premium brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage Tooshmoda’s end-to-end marketplace strategy across key fashion platforms
- Drive sales performance through optimized product listings, pricing strategies, promotions, and category management
- Coordinate closely with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure brand consistency and on-time execution




- Build and nurture strong working relationships with marketplace category managers and platform partners
- Track, analyze, and interpret marketplace KPIs to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
- Monitor competitor activity, category trends, and marketplace dynamics to maintain a competitive edge

Candidate Profile

- 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing fashion or lifestyle brands on marketplaces such as Tata CLiQ, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion, Myntra, or Amazon (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of online merchandising, marketplace analytics, and digital sales operations
- Proven ability to drive growth while maintaining premium brand standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field preferred
