Supervise and monitor civil construction activities for high-rise hostel buildings.

- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, PMC and client teams for smooth site execution.
- Monitor RCC, structural, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.
- Check work quality and ensure compliance with approved QA/QC standards.
- Review drawings and coordinate with engineering teams to resolve site-related issues.
- Monitor daily progress, manpower, material requirements and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with project safety procedures and construction standards.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain relevant site documentation.
- Coordinate with MEP and other agencies to ensure proper integration of services with civil works.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
